Read Each Course Textbook. Most qualification courses and textbooks are not written for the purpose of preparing students for the State Examination. Because of this we have chosen to use textbooks authored by Walt Huber who has taken the time to include in his books, more information specific to the State Examination than any others currently available. This allows students to focus in on those subjects required for the State Exam and to eliminate those subject areas that will not be covered. It's a time saver! And provides a more effective study program!
Complete Reading Assignments. There are 15 reading assignments for each individual course with a short quiz after each assignment. Answers to the assignment questions are provided along with the course and therefore are not submitted to the school for grading.
Take The Final Examination For Each Course The final examination for each course final may be taken anytime 2-1/2 weeks from date of enrollment. The final is OPEN BOOK and only requires a 60% grade or better to pass. Finals can be taken ONLINE or you may find a person acting as a third party monitor who must be present in the room while taking the test. Example of scheduling finals if taking more than one course: Example, taking 3 courses. You would become eligible for one final 2-1/2 weeks after enrolling, the 2nd final after 5 weeks, and the third, after 7-1/2 weeks from the date of enrollment.
Send In To Schedule A Testing Date For The State Examination. Preparing For Brokers Examination
Don Schwartz over the past 35 years has continued to
develop and present an amazingly effective license exam preparation course which provides more students the best possible opportunity to pass the state exam on the very first try.
It had been traditional for many years for schools like ours to hold a live lecture series in order to relay the subject matter that was to appear on the State Exam. However over the years Don had discovered this type of method really inhibited our students from passing their tests and posed some serious problems. First, the numerous instructors Don had trained could never really relay the information with the same expertise and effectiveness since he had taught it longer than anyone else in the field. Second, students would often miss classes because class scheduling was inconvenient. Last, students were "dragging the program out too long," causing them to forget the information they had learned in the beginning sessions. The biggest draw back was that they could listen to the presentation only one time.
The information you will learn is comprised of subject matter and terminology that is easier to comprehend than most of our students have anticipated. However it covers a huge scope of information that will need to be memorized.
To help each of our students to accomplish this task, Don has perfected a study process that provides the use of materials that can virtually be reviewed anytime, anywhere!...We call this our FLEX STUDY SYSTEM!
Audio Review Presentation CD's
Presents a highly detailed analysis of 274 specially selected questions and answers. (6 hours) Each question and each of the four alternate answers are thoroughly discussed and analyzed. The review is a "total focus" of all subject matter and vocabulary needed to answer questions on the state exam, which serves to eliminate all unnecessary information so students can focus their efforts to studying only essential subject areas and vocabulary words. In addition Don Schwartz utilizes his vast expertise to teach you the psychology on how to answer difficult questions and his insight of the state test to help you avoid the most common pitfalls.
Exam Review Guide
This exam review guide is probably the most valuable piece of study material we offer... No other school that we know of has completed the task of taking the vast amount information from all the numerous course textbooks available and strategically narrowed it down to subject matter pertinent to the State Exam. Our Exam Review Guide takes you through 144 pages of an easy to read outline that contains the 7 topic areas you will be tested on for the State Exam. Included will be a page revealing a percentage breakdown of topic areas covered on the State Exam so you will know exactly where to place most of your focus.
Practice Examinations
The purpose of studying (sample) questions is to become familiar with what to expect to find when taking the actual state exam and to also help areas in order to determine which specific subject areas and vocabulary words need to be further studied. As the State is constantly rewriting questions students should not memorize answers to specific questions as they cannot count on finding all of their practice questions and answers exactly "word for word" when taking the state exam. The more questions and answers reviewed, the better prepared each student will be! That is why we provide our students with more practice questions along with more detailed explanations to our answers. These tests are not turned in to the school and are utilized for the students own learning purposes.
Master Set Of Practice Exams This Master Set consists of 8 separate exams each containing 150 questions and answers for a total of 1200 Q&As. It contains enough practice questions so that students do not have to take duplicate exams. These questions test students on the full scope of subject matter and vocabulary that they will ultimately be tested and are written similar to those you would expect to find on the actual State Exam.
Mini-Course These are the "hard copy" of the specially selected 300 questions and answers reviewed on a portion of the audio program. Each of the questions and all four answers are thoroughly explained and analyzed. This unique set of questions not only points-out specific subject areas and essential vocabulary words, but also provides a "focus" on information pertinent to taking and passing the license exam.
Newest Questions & Answers For the most part the State Exam given by the Department of Real Estate is rarely altered, however on occasion there is new subject matter and vocabulary added along with updated exam questions. This particular set of exams contains 550 questions & answers along with our ”Most Recent Updates”. It introduces information and questions that reflect the most recent changes to the State Exam.
Broker Special Additions Although minimal, the Broker License Exam covers some additional material that the Sales Exam does not. This supplement provides our students with over 250 specific Broker Questions and Answers. It also references additional subject matter and vocabulary that had been added since the major revision of the State Exam by the Department Of Real Estate in 2003.
Lightning Review Bonus CD's
These CD's are to be listened to on the way to take the State Exam. (1 1/2 hours) This set of two CD's are designed to provide a "Quick" and "Effective" method of reviewing all the necessary vocabulary and subject matter prior to taking the actual exam. The closer to the exam date these are reviewed, the better retention of the information each student will have. After following the school’s recommended study procedure, many students boast that the use of these CD’s have been the key to their success in passing the State Exam.
Talk To An Instructor On A Toll Free Line
Included with our programs, all students will be provided with a Toll-Free number to access... "Your Own Personal Instructor!" Don Schwartz personally makes himself available to his students by telephone,as well as fax and email to answer any and all questions as they go through the program. No school today offers this type of personalized attention!
1 - Day Live Power Review on DVD
For over 30 years Don has taught a live weekend review. Now students can benefit from this segment of learning conveniently in their home or office (7 1/2 hours). The primary purpose of the “Weekend Review” has been to give a last minute review of all the most important information students can expect to find on the State Exam, and was recommended to attend one week prior to their exam date instead of our students having to drive to a particular location to attend Don’s lecture. All of our students now have a chance to see his incredible presentation recorded ”live” in this special DVD series. More importantly students can now access the information when convenient and can fast forward, rewind or view any portion of the video when needed. Don’s expertise in the field Real Estate and more importantly his long time teaching credentials shines through, as he shares with students true to life experiences as examples to make the classroom experience more enjoyable and help explain this information for effectively. Students can also utilize our Exam Review Guide that previously had been used to follow along in the classroom and now can be used to accompany watching the DVD.

Goals. There's not telling what you can do when you get inspired by them. There's no telling what you can do when you believe in them. There's no telling what will happen when you act upon them. brains or even courage but simply because they have never organized their energies around a goal.
